There are truths and myths surrounding many of the things that cause us a dilemma. Weight loss, fashion…but most of all, acne! There are two basic facts on acne that many people do not fully know the truth about.

For acne prone skin, light make up is recommended. If you have a bad case of acne, because most cosmetics have alcohol and chemicals in it it will irritate you skin and it will sting a bit. And that is why people think it is bad for them and turn to lighter cosmetics. But! Light make up is not the key. In actual fact, no matter how thin or thick your make up is, your makeup should be of oil-free nature. But the most important of all would be to find the make up that matches your skin type.

Acne does not spread from people to people. Touching the face of someone with acne and then touching your own skin would not cause acne to suddenly burst out onto your skin. Ance does not spread on contact. When you pop the acne, a new acne may form on that spot or near that spot but not on places you have touched with your hand after popping it
